To create a folder, tap the add button and select Create New Folder. Give the folder a name and tap Save.

To add existing records to the folder tap the folder name, tap the add button and select add Existing Record. You will then be able to select the record or records you would like to add to the folder you just created. Click the check mark when done. Using this method, the record will be added to the folder but still exist in its original location.

You may also move records from their original location by tapping the record and then tapping Move To from the three dot menu. Tap the folder you would like to move the record to and tap move.

Deleting folders is easy. While viewing all records, tap the folder you want to delete. Next tap Delete from the three dot menu and tap OK to confirm the deletion.

When you delete a folder, the deleted records from the folder can be found and restored from the Deleted section located in the left filter menu, shown here. To permanently delete items, tap the trash icon in the upper right corner and confirm your selection.
