New Stihl ASA 20 cordless pruners
Putting the new Stihl ASA 20 to the test.
First thing to notice is that it’s very quiet, it makes much less noise than my other/previous battery shears.
It has 2 blade opening settings with 25mm being the max.
At a 27mm twig it started to struggle a bit.
It has quite a quick cut and with the small blade setting you can cut very fast.
The digital screen indicates battery life, blade setting and total cuts.
It shuts itself off after while of no use, (a bit to quickly for my taste)

Overall a nice shear for the price at €179,- bare tool or €219,- with a battery and charger.
