A former math teacher is Montgomery Co. Education Association's new president
As Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) students begin a new school year, longtime MCPS math teacher David Stein takes on a new position. Since July, the former Montgomery Blair High School teacher has served as President of the 14,000-member Montgomery County Education Association.
