Flight from JFK to Santo Domingo was cheaper that’s why we flew there instead of flying to Punta Cana . We took bus to Punta Cana which cost us $8 per person.

We took Uber to bus stand from airport and bought ticket from counter . The buses usually drop you in front of the resorts.
Cost for the activities:
Buggy ride (including Macao beach, Cave, Traditional dance, coffee testing) :- $40 per person
Saona island day tour (Including lunch) :- $50 per person.
Bike rent :- $40 whole day (Gas not included)
We also did parasailing it costs us $90 for 3 person . (I don’t have any video of parasailing)
We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights from Airbnb that cost us $450
You can Uber to any place easily. And you will find bikes on the street they usually give rides and they are cheap .
*you have to negotiate almost in everywhere

*If you need to buy groceries go to Jumbo supermarket. It was way cheaper then the local grocery shops . Even you took a Uber to supermarket it worth it. Because local stores charges almost double the price from jumbo supermarket.
