About the Presenter
Markus Kopp is a Global Technical Manager at Ansys. In his 21 year tenure at Ansys, Mr. Kopp has always supported the Ansys Electromagnetic Suite, which includes tools such as HFSS, Maxwell etc. He held a variety of positions at Ansys ranging from pre-sales support to territory management and marketing.
Previous to working at Ansoft/ANSYS Markus worked at TYCO/Sensormatic Electronic as a research engineer and Motorola as an antenna engineer. Markus holds 7 US patents, has written a number of published articles, and holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Physics degree, and is based out of Toronto, Canada.
