Mixing up an Anneke champagne cocktail!
The Anneke champagne cocktail
To a small shaker filled with ice add 1 ounce of your favorite vodka.
Add one half ounce of St. Germain elderflower liquor.
Add a splash of maraschino cherry juice.
Shake altogether until well, chilled and pour into a coupe glass.
Fill the remainder of the glass with Champagne or Prosecco. You may add a twist of lemon or as I did a maraschino cherry.
