In this 1 minute Premiere Pro tutorial I go through how to achieve smooth slow motion footage even with low frame rate footage so you can still achieve that cinematic slow motion effect even if you haven't filmed at 60fps!
You may have got your footage home and realised you forgot to change the frame rates to shoot your slow mo scene and you now have a low frame rate clip that you can't slow down without losing frames and getting choppy footage. In this tutorial I show you a really simple way to fix this in Premiere Pro using only the built in Optical Flow effect!
