There are several versions of auto clicker macros, the most common being rapid fire and AFK. You can also use Razer Synapse to record cursor movements to incorporate mouse actions in your macro.

A rapid fire macro typically repeats the same key quickly on a loop. The most common purpose being to automatically use single action items in a game. There are two methods for creating a rapid fire macro with Razer Synapse. The first method is to create a standard macro with custom inputs. This method allows you to make the macro as fast as you like for higher click speeds. You can also use this method to feature multiple inputs in the macro script. The second method is to use the built in rapid fire function inside of Razer Synapse. To setup a rapid fire macro you will need to access the device settings.

An AFK macro will repeat selected inputs on a loop to prevent you from being kicked from a game or software for inactivity. When creating an AFK auto clicker macro you will need to use the default macro page. The easiest way is to record your AFK macro then adjust the settings as you like.
