This is not real wwii guncam footage. This is my #16 kill compilation recorded on the "IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad" game with old film effects added! In this footage, we have both allies and axis aircraft dogfighting. Gun cameras, or also known as gun cam or even as guncam, are a special type of camera mounted on aircraft and used primarily to help measure tactical effectiveness and were commonly used on operational aircraft to record air kills. These cameras are triggered to start filming by the firing of a weapon, hence the name.
