Here’s how I turned the most advanced smart glasses into real E.D.I.T.H glasses from the Marvel movie Spider-Man Far From Home. These glasses project an augmented reality screen in the users eye that can display notifications, take pictures, preform actions via Alexa voice assistant. I also added bone conduction headphones and made them look like EDITH. The glasses (Vuzix Blade) run on the android operating, which is open source so anyone can develop apps for the glasses. I tried out the google translate feature which does live text translations from video and projects the new text right on screen!
These glasses would make Tony Stark proud (maybe) but still very cool!
