There are many specific demands when it comes to food packaging, but hygiene control is required above all. At the same time, there are often several swing gates and sliding gates on a plant that must be safeguarded. Solution: The stainless steel version of the PSENslock 2 for more hygiene-critical applications, connected in series with SDD (diagnostic unit) and combined with the safe small controller PNOZmulti 2. Unwanted production interruptions are prevented as a result.

Various challenges are involved in safeguarding a filling machine with several covers. Firstly, the covers must be safeguarded in order to protect the operator. Often there are space problems to contend with here. Access management is also required, as are data diagnostics. The safety locking device PSENmlock mini with compact design is just made for such a case. It can be integrated perfectly, simultaneously enabling safe series connection and also, with SDD, data diagnostics. With an integrated control unit PITreader, access management is implemented at the same time.
