Tips for bunkers (friendly and hostile):
Always turn your ship Engines OFF and set your Shields to MAX for safety
If you can ferry a vehicle, you could park the ship at a safer distance away (bounty spawns)
Preferred vehicle for bunker missions is a Cyclone, which can handle rough terrain
Load up with a 1SCU empty container and tractor that inside the bunker to fill up with loot
Conveniently, you can sell the container with the loot as one item, rather than each individual looted item separately

Notes:
Always park your ship behind cover or out of direct line of sight from the bunker turrets (friendly), just in case you accidentally hit a security guard. Turrets do not respect the Trespass Countdown timer you are given to evacuate the premises, and will destroy your ship immediately, leaving you stranded and with a CS3 (Crime Stat), making it hard to raise a transportation beacon.
