If you have been having issues with your Firefox browser such as it not loading or crashing, then before you go ahead and reset firefox back to its default settings you can actually run it in a troubleshooting mode. This will disable themes, extensions, and custom settings, so if Firefox runs perfectly in Troubleshoot mode you can then see that it is one of those things causing you problems with Firefox on your Windows 10 computer.
