“This is aerobatics” 👍- Wheat porridge in a frying pan! I have loved this dish since childhood!
Porridge made from this cereal is healthy and nutritious - it contains fiber, various sugars, starch and minerals! Plus it's very tasty! Preparing such porridge will not be difficult! The main thing is to have wheat cereal, some meat (no matter what), vegetables for gravy, some simple spices, a desire to feed your family deliciously and a good mood! How to cook? – an elementary recipe!
We will need:
lard (1 tablespoon)
500-600 g meat (veal) - *fry
2 large onions
a little salt
-2 medium sized carrots
water
salt to taste
black peppercorns
Bay leaf
ground black pepper
the gravy should be saltier than usual. When we add the cereal, the porridge will absorb the salt and the dish will be evenly salted.
Wheat grits – 300 grams *rinse
add water to cover the cereal
