The Potomac Officers Club is a membership organization for executives in the government contracting space. It hosts several series of annual events that discuss trends and opportunities in the defense, artificial intelligence, intelligence, cybersecurity and homeland security industries.
POC, owned and operated by Executive Mosaic, regularly reports news on the government contracting industry and the many types of companies involved in it.

AARON WEIS, a four-time Wash100 Award recipient who most recently served as chief information officer at the Department of the Navy, has been named managing director of technology at Google’s public sector arm.

Weis previously served as CIO at the Department of Defense and led DOD’s cloud and information technology modernization strategies.

His private sector experience included senior leadership positions at Axalta Coating Systems, Sensata Technologies, Tyco International and Siemens.
