Central Regional Play of the Day - 6/8/21
In an extraordinary State Semifinal game, the Softball team came back in dramatic fashion from a 3-1 deficit to win with a Martine Chevalier walk-off RBI. That was definitely the play of the game, but the player of the game had to be Sam Rullo who scored three runs. Nods also go to Payton Koenig and Mackenzie Hart as the South wind kept them busy on the left side of the field. Hannah Costa certainly also deserves a nod for not allowing any runs for the final 5 innings.
The girls will play Saturday but the time and opponent are still TBD.
