Of all the harrowing images of this crisis - none, it seems, has affected people around the world as much as yesterday's image of a little Syrian boy whose body was found on a Turkish beach. 3 year-old Aylan Kurdi - his brother Galip and their mother - were among those who drowned trying to reach Greece from Turkey. Their father - who survived - described them as the most wonderful children in the world. He's been speaking to our special correspondent Fergal Keane - whose report includes images which you may find distressing.
