Mercedes W639 Vito Viano 109/111/113/114/115/116 CDI OM646 Belt Tensioner Pulley Noisy Replace
How I changed the belt tensioner pulley after it started getting noisy. Mercedes no longer sell the pulley as a separate part and force you to purchase a new belt tensioner with a new pulley attached. However other suppliers like Febi Bilstein have replacement pulleys The project requires a special tool made from an old 17mm socket and a 440mm long bar.
