What exactly can you do with Paperform's Freshdesk integration? Well, you can:
► Create a Freshdesk ticket straight from Paperform
► Create or update contacts
► Create a company
In this Freshdesk tutorial, we'll be concentrating on how to connect Freshdesk to your Paperform account so you can automatically create new contacts based on folks who have submitted a form.
Why? Because this cuts down on busy work and frees up time for you to focus on other areas of your business. No manual clicking between apps or exporting data—it's all taken care of by our Freshdesk integration.
To access this integration you'll need both a Paperform and Freshdesk account. From the Paperform dashboard to go 'After Submission' and 'Integrations & Webhooks'. Then, all you have to do is click the Freshdesk icon and choose your desired action.
Once that's done, follow the prompts to connect your Freshdesk account to Paperform. All that's left is to configure the integration. For example, you might set it up so that every respondent to your contact form automatically generates a new contact in Freshdesk.
