This video shows how to use the BIOS FlashBack feature on ASUS motherboards. This video shows the ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WIFI II motherboard, but the procedure is basically the same for any ASUS motherboard that has the BIOS FlashBack feature.
It is extremely important that you download the correct BIOS for your specific motherboard and that you rename the BIOS file to the correct name for your motherboard.
Note: If your system will already POST, you don't need to use this method. It is much easier to use the EZ Flash 3 procedure inside the BIOS Setup program.
