RAPT, the Read Assembly and Annotation Pipeline Tool, is available as a stand-alone application and on Google Cloud Platform. We now have a pilot web service for RAPT.
Supply short genomic reads for bacterial or archaeal isolates (not metagenomes) and RAPT builds an assembly and gives you an annotated genome, typically within a few hours.
