I just found the fix for this shit that keeps popping up every single time I try to change my Fornite Display name.

"too many resubmissions have been received, please try again later"

FIX:
Instead of going to the epicgames.com direct from your browser, Go to the Epic Games Launcher App -- Manage Accounts -- (This will now take you to the webpage and walla it works now
It Works from the launcher itself and not the browser!!!)

For Mobile Users, when you launch the game-Go it settings - then click the man looking icon to the extreme right - then click external site. And you’ll continue from there.
