I have a lot to say about this. Let me just say I grew up going to Noah's Ark and I am absolutely fascinated about its history, marketing, merchandise, etc. It's a very niche thing to be into, so those things are hard to come by. Last year I saw a Splash Boy plush for sale on eBay. I couldn't quite remember that character and tried my best to find official art or other evidence of his existence online to no avail. Not long after this, my brother jokingly gives me a VHS recording of a Garth Brooks TV concert special that he found in a second-hand cabinet. Imagine my shock when I find this commercial. I was thrilled to find not only a piece of lost Noah's Ark media, but one with evidence of Splash Boy's existence! I was flabbergasted.
Anyway, I hope there's someone else out there who will find this commercial just as interesting as I do. I apologize for the audio. That's just how it sounded when I converted it. Not quite sure of the date, but based on the other content on the tape, it had to be summer 1999.
