1) Go to "start"

2) Search for "regedit"

3) Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"\ "SOFTWARE"\

4) Highlight "Grand Theft Auto V" & on the right pane double-click "Language"

5) Change "zh-CN" to desired language: English (US) is "en-US"
