As part of the Online Store 2.0 announcements, Shopify finally announced the arrival of a feature that they’d been talking about for some time, ‘Sections Everywhere’.
Previously, the homepage was the only template that merchants were able to add, re-order and remove sections from. Now, with the advent of JSON templates, that functionality has been extended to all templates such as, the product template, the collection template and the page template to name a few.
In this video, I’m going to show how to replace your Liquid templates with JSON templates, therefore allowing you to take advantage of this new feature.
