Let's Get Started.
Go to Start.
Then open the Registry Editor.
And copy this address, in the address bar of the Registry Editor.
You will find this address in the description below.
Now double-click on the settings file.
The edit binary value window will be opened on the screen.
Now go to the second row, the fifth element of from the left. Change zero three to zero one.
Then click on Okay.
Now open the Task manager, select Windows Explorer, and click on Restart.
When the Windows explorer restarts, the taskbar will be shifted to the top of the screen.
