How long does it take to build an HEC-RAS debris flow model. How about under 12 minutes. In this video I leverage a theme from the video game youtubes and ask the question "how quickly can I stand up a simplified mud and debris, post wildfire model to get a hazard map in HEC-RAS starting with only the USGS hazard map web site (and an estimate of peak flow)?"
