In this video, we're introducing a temporary bamboo screen that we've built just a month ago to conceal an exposed fence. We've used five bamboo plants in pots for this project, and it's truly remarkable to see their growth in such a short span of weeks. We're using two bamboo- the Phyllostachys aurea (fishing pole bamboo) and Phyllostachys 'vivax' aureocaulis (the Chinese Timber bamboo, also known as the Chinese Golden bamboo). We're expecting these bamboos to completely cover the area by summer, providing a beautiful natural privacy screen. We're also addressing concerns about bamboo's tendency to spread, demonstrating simple techniques to control their growth.
