I’ve owned my UE Boom since 2014, and over the past decade, it's been my trusty companion at countless events, from pool parties to weddings. Despite the release of newer models, my UE Boom still impresses with its durability and sound quality, which is why I held off on upgrading—until now. With the latest UE Boom 4 featuring USB-C charging, I finally found a compelling reason to upgrade. I’ll share my experiences with the original UE Boom, covering its build, design, sound quality, and functionality. From its unique fabric exterior and iconic volume buttons to its impressive 360° sound and long-lasting battery, this speaker set a high standard for portable Bluetooth audio.
