Troubleshooting Alnet CMS Client Software - Error: Access Denied

There is ONLY 1 cause for access denied, regardless of what device you are using...it means that the user name and/or password are incorrect. No amount of argueing that you typed it properly will change it, so don't bother, just fix it. That is the same for and devices that you might be connecting from. Watch the capitalization of the user name and password, as both are case sensitive...and watch out for iPhone or Android auto-correct.
