Nepal rolls out red carpet for reigning Miss Universe Palacios
Reigning Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios arrived Nepal’s capital city Kathmandu from Zimbabwe on Thursday. This marks the first time a current Miss Universe has visited the Himalayan nation. She arrived in Kathmandu ahead of the Miss Universe Nepal beauty pageant scheduled for the next week. Appearing before the media, she wore the sash of Miss Universe in light yellow dress. Sheynnis Palacios succeeded R’Bonney Gabriel from the United States to win the esteemed title. The Miss Universe Nepal finale is scheduled for September 7, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency in Kathmandu, with 22 finalists competing for the crown.
