England manager Gareth Southgate has resigned following a second consecutive European Championship final defeat.
England lost 2-1 to Spain in Berlin on Sunday, after previously being beaten by Italy on penalties three years ago.
The 53-year-old, who managed England for 102 games over eight years, announced his resignation, stating it was "the honour of my life" to lead the team.
