Hey everyone, today I'm going to teach you how to stop Windows automatic updates. But remember, doing so may make your computer more vulnerable to viruses and attacks.

First, open the start menu, then type 'services' and open it.
In this list, find 'Windows Update' and double-click to open it.
Select 'Disabled' in the 'Startup type' drop-down menu, then click the 'Stop' button. Remember to click 'Apply' and 'OK' to save the changes.
