A fleet of Russian warships left a port in Cuba on Monday. The fleet, made up of a frigate, a nuclear-powered submarine, an oil tanker and a rescue tug, crossed into Havana Bay on Wednesday after drills in the Atlantic Ocean and attracted interest from locals as well as the international community.
