I never thought I'd have to make this tutorial, but here I am today doing exactly that. Far too many teachers simply don't know how to zoom in on a Google file, even though the zoom tools are clear and simple enough. Zooming in using the browser zoom, activated by "CTRL + +" and "CTRL + -" are fine on most regular web pages. However, on Google's file editors, they may blur the quality of the images, make certain parts of the page inaccessible, and cause the page to freeze for a few seconds.
