Hello Everyone! Today in this video I am going to step by step guide you How to install React on Windows 10. And then I will also show you how to create a simple project in React. Windows (64-bit).

What is React?
React is an open-source front-end JavaScript library for building user interfaces or UI components. It is maintained by Facebook and a community of individual developers and companies. React can be used as a base in the development of single-page or mobile applications.

Now before installing React you need to first install NodeJS in your system. So for that just go to step 1.

Step 1. How to Download NodeJS?

This page will lead to the NodeJS download page.
If you face any difficulty in installing node you can follow my NodeJS video (   • How to Install NodeJS 16.1.0 on Windo...  )

Find the installation file and click on it to download. Here is this video (   • How to Install NodeJS 16.1.0 on Windo...  ) we showed how to download and install NodeJS in Windows 10.
Now after downloading NodeJS save the file to the disk and follow the next step for installation.

Step 2. Install NodeJS
Double-click to run the NodeJS download file. Just follow the prompt as shown in the video and install NodeJS on your OS.

Step 3. Now after installing NodeJS in your system, it's time to install VS Code. So for that just go to the following link:
https://code.visualstudio.com/
This page will lead to the Visual Studio Code download page.

Here find the exe setup installation file as shown in the video and click on it to download.
Now after downloading Visual Studio Code save the file to the disk and follow the next step for installation.

Step 4. Install Visual Studio Code
Double-click to run the Visual Studio Code installation file. Just follow the prompt as shown in the video (   • How to install Visual Studio Code on ...  ) and install Visual Studio Code on your OS.

Step 5. Now after installing NodeJS and VS Code in your system, it's time to install React. So for that open your command prompt and simply type:
npm install -g create-react-app

Step 6. Now after installing React, you can create a React project by simply typing:
npm create-react-app myfirstreact

The instructions in this video tutorial can be applied to laptops, desktops, computers, and tablets which run the Windows 10 operating system like Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Professional, Windows 10 Enterprise, and Windows 10 Education. This tutorial will work on all hardware manufacturers, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, and Samsung.
