In this short video, I'll show you the commands for using diskpart.exe in a command prompt or terminal as an administrator. This is a required step for putting bootable Linux or Windows installation media on a USB drive. This method works on Windows 7 and newer.
Note that "format fs=fat32 quick" also works for FAT32
