Colin Frater is known for his Kyokotin Karate as a 4th Dan black belt.
The reality is I’ve never learned Karate. I have been training and teaching Wing Tsun, wrestling, Gracie JiuJitsu, boxing and kali for the majority of my life.
In this clip, I am training with my student. I’m working speed on this trip and some basic clinch and grapple defence. The clinch defence is actually Muai Thai and the grappling is from my Gracie JiuJitsu program that I teach.
