A couple of months back I did a mega melee weapon comparison video where I put all of your best and most popular melee weapons up to the test. This video ended up concluding that most melee weapon upgrades actually aren't worth going for at all, because the cost of some melee weapons end up being too high compared to other options you could invest your money into. Because this video discovered heaps of valuable information, I figured I'd do the same thing for mage weapons, because as it stands right now, most people only know that the Hyperion is "really good", and that other options exist, but not how good they are. So, I've decided to put some of the most popular mage weapons up to the test to see how they all compare against one another to determine which ones are actually worth getting, and which ones you should skip entirely.
