Mehrunes Dagon of the House of Troubles - Tribunal Temple Walkthrough (TES III Morrowind)
The Second Corner of the House of Troubles, a quest for Tholer Saryoni - the Archcanon of the Tribunal Temple. Requires you to go to Ald Sotha and get to the central statue and activate it. No offering needed, it's enough just to get to the Statue of Mehrunes Dagon, alive.
Btw, Mehrunes Dagon's Daedric Quest is started in an entirely different daedric ruin on the other end of Vvardenfell, though you'll need to travel around Molag Mar (I think?) to complete it as well.
