In this instalment we let the Shindaiwa 488P chainsaw take a turn on the final ghost gum blown down in a recent storm.
This 488P I have owned for 16 years, it's a great professional quality saw with the heavy duty air cleaner fitted. Optioned with an 18" bar and .325 chain. This chanisaw bucks up this tree into firewood rounds.
Once up at the firewood staging area it will be split and stacked to season This will be in a future video, and I'll also do a video on my firewood racks.
