WASHINGTON FALL ROADTRIP π Exploring The Iconic Bavarian Town of Leavenworth!
On this stop of our Washington Fall Roadtrip we take a few days to explore the Bavarian town of Leavenworth, Washington. We were absolutely blown away by it by its beauty! We got very lucky and ended up visiting in the middle of Oktoberfest & it was so lively and fun! Events happening every hour, Bavarian music being played on every street corner, & all the beautiful Bavarian garb. We didn't participate in the Oktoberfest festival activities as we didn't by advanced tickets & same day tickets are hard to get, but it didn't take away from our experience at all! If it is something you are interested in, we definitely recommend buying well in advance as they sell out pretty quickly each season. BUT if you can't and want to explore like we did, there are still so many activities, beer gardens, and restaurants that are available to enjoy. We specifically loved the unique architectural style & seeing all the Bavarian Garb. The food we enjoyed there was incredible & the seasonal beer was so so good!
