Settlement Officers of 25 Tibetan settlements in Northeast India, who serve as interpreters or the channels through which the settlement residents can appeal for their rights legally, when settlement residents face drastic challenges, such as rape and abuse of orphaned children and women, attended a legal awareness workshop organized by Tibet Legal Association.
