Right-click the selection and choose "Format Cells" or press Ctrl + 1.

In the Format Cells dialog box, go to the Alignment tab.

To change the horizontal alignment, use the options in the Horizontal drop-down list, such as "Left," "Center," "Right," etc.

To change the vertical alignment, use the options in the Vertical drop-down list, such as "Top," "Middle," "Bottom," etc.

To rotate text within a cell, use the options in the Orientation drop-down list, such as "0°," "45°," "90°," etc.

When you have made the desired changes, click OK to apply them to the selected cells.
