Crosier of St. Llothis the Pious - Tribunal Temple Walkthrough (TES III Morrowind)
(Alternate title: How to get glass armor in Morrowind)
The final quest for the Tribunal Temple in Ghostgate requires you to go to the citadel Dagoth Ur and get the Crosier of St. Llothis the Pious. It is actually located fairly close to the start of the dungeon.
You can also pick up a nearly full suit of Glass Armour. The only thing missing is the Glass Helm and the shield is a regular one, not a Glass Tower Shield.
