I have to admit that I use Maya 2012 now.... this is because I "upgraded" my workstation from WinXP64 to Win7/64 .... installed my OS on a pretty fast SSD :-)
No worries if you use Maya 2011 or earlier.... because I won't use any tools or functions that or new in Maya 2012.
