Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) will be conducted twice a year
Telangana government has provided a convenience for candidates preparing for teacher posts. It has announced that from now on, the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) will be conducted twice a year. The state's Department of Education has officially issued orders to this effect. The TET exam will be conducted once in June and once in December every year.

Furthermore, the orders state that a candidate can take the TET exam as many times as they want. Only those who pass the TET exam will be eligible to take the DSC exam. The TET marks will be given weightage in the DSC exam.
