ARSTechnica seems to shoot for clickbait articles at times, and while I generally do not mind, I was bothered by their failure to see what Linux Mint is about. The author of the article focused only on the presence or absence of Wayland and the update manager, which is actually amazingly good, far from the confusing and horrible the author was making it out to be. This is a rebuttal of that article.
