Wednesday night was the first of a series of town hall meetings behind the billionaire group who wants to build a new city in California and the people who would be impacted. California Forever is the group comprising Silicon Valley investors, and they have spent some $800 million to buy more than 50,000 acres of land between Fairfield and Rio Vista.
