Trying to work out more infrastructure to really facilitate spring seed starting and transplanting while the ground is still frozen and covered in snow!
I'm sharing here a proof of concept that I think has the promise of filling a physical niche in our new greenhouse just nicely while being a space for seed starting early spring and then also being a space to perform solar dehydration later in the summer, with the same parts. We'll have to see how it works out!
